Crystal Suncatchers has been set up to sell high quality suncatchers and gifts delivered to you. Our aim is to ensure that you are delighted with every purchase that you make from us.
All prices on this site include VAT at the prevailing rate.
All purchases will be shipped free within the UK. Purchases for delivery outside the UK will incur a shipping charge of £3 for the first item and £1.50 for each subsequent item.
In the unlikely event that you have a problem with any crystal that you purchase from us please let us know by email as soon as possible.
If you do receive a damaged crystal we ask that you email us immediately. We will send you an email with return instructions and a Royal Mail damage notification form that protect both you and us. Prior to sending crystals that have been damaged in the post back to us we ask that you complete the Royal Mail damage notification form and send it back to us.
We will arrange for you to send the damaged product back to us. You must obtain proof of postage (there is no charge for this) from the Post Office. If we accept that the product is damaged then we will refund the cost of first class post only.
You may cancel your order prior to dispatch and you will be refunded in full by the same method as you used for payment. If you change your mind about your purchase you can return the undamaged item to us, by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For or, for heavier items, by Royal Mail ParcelForce, within 14 days and we will refund the purchase price but you will need to pay your own postage cost.
All business with Crystal Suncatchers will be in GB Pounds. You are advised to retain your receipt until you have received your credit or debit card bill.
We will hold details about you on our computers, but we will never share this data with anyone else other than when required to do so by a relevant authority. We are exempt from registration under the Data Protection Act as the data that we hold are used for the
- purpose of advertising or marketing our business, activity, goods, or services and promoting public relations only in connection with that business or activity, or those goods or services;
- purposes of keeping accounts relating to our business or other activity carried on by us, or deciding whether to accept any person as a customer or supplier, or keeping records of purchases, sales or other transactions for the purpose of ensuring that the requisite payments and deliveries are made or services provided by us or to us in respect of those transactions, or for the purpose of making financial or management forecasts to assist us in the conduct of any such business or activity.
Our crystals are hand made to order, so delivery times for these may be in excess of one week. At certain times, such as Christmas or during Royal Mail strikes, delivery may take considerably longer. We apologise for this but this is due to circumstances beyond our control.
We will not ship orders with a value over £50 to an unverified address when paid for with PayPal. Orders over this amount can be paid for by Bank Transfer.
You will receive an automated email upon ordering. Depending on what has been ordered, we then send up to three status emails to keep you informed of where your order is within our fulfilment process.
We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours but sometimes this may not be possible. We would normally expect to put a note on our website if we expect to be unable to respond within 24 hours.
We will occasionally (no more than one a month) send you an update on our products or special offers. If you do not wish to receive these updates please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a subject of unsubscribe.
